No Miracles for Knight Riders though!
In another match Knight Riders lost again. Nothing works for them. They should have not allowed Mumbai Indians to score more than 130. They allowed 20 extra runs and those runs came to haunt them.
Brad Hodge played a good innings it was not enough. You wonder about Brendon McCllum playing match after match without scoring. How can anyone justify it? Is there any sense to their methods?
Knight Riders team knows about sale of franchise. They might have thought this is their best chance to get rid of King Khan and Buchanan. Lose and continue to lose so that someone sensible takes over and kicks out the horrible management into oblivion. Pray it happens soon.
Buchanan made a throat cutting gesture during the match when a wicket fell and they slipped further. I thought he made it just to communicate to his support staff who were milking the franchise that our time is up. Lets get ready to pack and leave.
Buchanan was never a great coach. Give me Waugh brothers, Ponting, Hayden, Gilchrist, Warne, McGrath, Langer, Martyn and Gillespe. I would only be putting my feet up and enjoy the spectacle they provide and still win you 3 world cups. That’s what Buchanan did and now milking money from Knight Riders for all his worth and much more.
