SRK lashes at Sunil Gavaskar
SRK has lashed out at Sunil Gavaskar’s for his comments on Buchanan’s multiple captain theory. Gavaskar also pointed out how KKR were being looted.
SRK seems to be out of his mind. You might be the king of bollywood but that does not translate into you being smart-ass as owner of cricket club or franchise. Gavaskar was trying to put sense into franchise owners that having non-Indian coaches is not a recipe for success.
“They have a very big support staff, which includes Buchanan’s son, and most of them are from Queensland. The [Kolkata Knight Riders'] owners - poor souls - have little idea that they are being milked.”
Is what exactly SMG said. He like any other good fellow Indian trying to point to SRK about what is being done to his money. Why take it as personal? Why should John Buchanan have such a large support staff for a short event like IPL. Why can’t SRK look for good things?
His response was foolish, arrogant and brash. Typical of the man.” Its my franchise, I own it, I will run it the way I want. If someone has problems let them own a team and run it.He also took a dig at Gavaskar having not played T-20 and hence cant comment on this format.
I pity you SRK. Filmmaking is film making. Its like Bimal Roy cant comment on the stupid and hackneyed films that SRK makes.
Gavaskar, you have made us proud and have always fought for Indian cause. Don’t give a damn to what a fool like SRK says.
