Zaheer Khan the new ambassador for Dabur
No not for Chyawanprash, it would have been fun though. Dabur has got an endorsement from Zaheer Khan for their product Dabur Glucose. Dabur would be launching a campaign called :‘Sar Se Panv Tak Zabardast Energy’
"We are confident that Dabur Glucose and Zaheer will take this energy partnership to newer heights, and Zaheer will be the role model for all the energetic kids who have the ‘never-say-die’ attitude to succeed," Dabur India Executive Vice President-Marke ting (Health Care), Mr K K Rajesh said. You will be seeing Zaheer soon on both print ads and TV ads. It is IPL season and everybody wants to cash in on this mania. There was a similar kind of deal from Boost where it has teamed up with Rajasthan Royals.Where a new exclusive drink was planned to launch just for a 45 day duration. Now that the IPL duration is reduced to 5 weeks the offering will also be reduced.
This would be the second endorsement Zaheer has got after Airtel’ DTH. There might have been something else but I do not recall. Zaheer Khan played for Bangalore Royal Challengers in the first edition and has been swapped with Robin Uthappa. He will now play for Mumbai Indians. Good for him as this would take him somewhere and keep his endorsement going.
