Cricket Club and village for sale. Any takers?
Last week Mahatma Gandhi’s belongings went under the hammer. Mr. Vijay Malya brought them for $1.8 million. Now there is one more interesting auction happening in south England.
Do you still feel you missed out owning a IPL franchise? Here is your chance of owning a cricket club and a village to boot.
Linkenholt, in Hampshire, is up for sale later this week. It includes 22 cottages, a shop, a commercial shoot as well as around 2000 acres of land. Cricket pitch and a pavilion are part of the sale too. Pavilion doubles up as village hall. There’s a manor house too.
Well it would cost you just £23 -25 million and little more or less may be.
I have heard it for the first time. Anyone heard something like this before?
