Amazing catches in T-20 !
To succeed in T-20 you have to have presence of mind and be smart. Adom voges had both in plenty to pull this incredible catch of the summer in a T-20 match between Australia and NewZealand. Its breathtaking stuff. Hard to believe. Brendon McCulum hits it hard and thinks its going to sail over. What transpires few seconds later is hard to imagine.
Jacob Oram does Adam Voges in T-20 international against India. Yusuf Pathan targeting 4th consecutive six swipes one to long-on and its intercepted by 6′6″ tall Oram who brings up extraordinary catch. He does it in one fluid motion which makes it incredible. Yusuf gets little greedy and stupid here. India had lost 5 wickets.
Now these are not first instances it was done. Mark Waugh ( he was as fluid as they get on cricket field) had done it earlier in a county circuit in England. Our own R.Satish of Chennai team in ICL had done it too. In a match against Kolkata, he took a similar catch off Upul Chandana.
It seems T-20 has something in it to bring out the audacity in people.
